From I-71

Take Exit 140, Rt. 61 South. Turn Right (west) on CR 15. CR 15 will go back over I-71. Turn right (north) on CR 218. Turn left (west) on CR 225. The entrance to Heartland is on the right.

From Route 23

Turn east on Rt. 229 and continue through the town of Ashley. Turn right (south) on CR 24, then left (east) on CR 225. The entrance to Heartland is on the left. IMPORTANT: BUSES AND RVS CANNOT USE CR 24 to CR 225 DUE TO LOAD LIMITS. For Buses and RVs: Instead of turning right (south) on CR 24, continue to CR 218 and then turn right (south). You will come to a sharp left curve. After the curve, turn right to stay on CR 218. Go 1 mile and turn right (west) on CR 225. The entrance to Heartland is on the right.
